GemSim (“the App”) is a free gemstone faceting simulator developed by Reverie LLC.

GemSim does not require you to create an account or provide personal information.

GemSim does not collect, store, or sell personal data.

Shared Designs

If you choose to use the optional Share feature, the gemstone design you choose to share is uploaded so that it can be accessed through a public link or the public design library.

Only the design data required for sharing is uploaded. No personal information is associated with shared designs.

Website and Hosting

The app loads content securely over HTTPS. Like most websites, the hosting provider may temporarily process standard technical information (such as IP addresses) to deliver the service and maintain security. GemSim does not use this information to identify users or create user profiles.

Analytics

GemSim does not use analytics or tracking technologies to identify users or monitor personal activity.

Third-Party Services

GemSim is hosted using third-party cloud infrastructure solely to deliver the application and optional shared designs.

Children’s Privacy

GemSim is not intended to collect personal information from children.
